Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.
Product availability
We try to keep stock levels accurate, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with a replacement option or a refund.
Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery for most areas, with card and online payment options being rolled out progressively. Payment terms will be shown clearly at checkout before you place an order.
Shipping
Delivery times vary by city and are shown at checkout as an estimate, not a guarantee. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to our delivery partner.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
CYSIONR is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
