Built by people who were tired of returning things
CYSIONR didn't start as a business plan — it started as a drawer full of dead cables. A charger that quit after three weeks. A case that cracked on the first drop. An earbud that lost its left channel a month in. We kept buying, kept returning, and got tired of it — so we decided to build the accessories we actually wanted to own.
That meant doing the boring work most brands skip: bend-testing cables thousands of times before they ship, drop-testing cases from real phone-in-pocket heights, and running chargers through full charge cycles until we're confident they'll still work a year from now. If it doesn't survive our testing bench, it doesn't reach your doorstep.
